REF6041IDGKR Overview
A handy 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.05% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 4.096V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Search "REF6041" for other relevant parts.Applications with 4mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.The supply voltage must be 5V.To supply it, a voltage of 4.346V is required.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 4.35V~5.5V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 4.1V.Idle parts use 820μA.During operation, it uses a current of 1.1mA as its supply current.
