REF6030IDGKR Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±0.05% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 3V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "REF6030".It is suitable for 4mA input applications.It requires a 5V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 3.25V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.25V~5.5V voltage input.A fixed/minimum voltage of 3V is generated.The voltage reference circuit uses 820μA when it is idle.1.1mA is the supply current it uses to operate.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 3.0015V.
