REF5040MDREP Overview
This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 8, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.05% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 4.096V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.The part has 8 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed 260 degrees Celsius.There is a part with 8 pins that have been settled.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -55°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "REF5040".If the voltage reference ic outputs 10mA current, you cannot expect it to output more.It has a maximum output voltage of 4.096V, which is equal to its maximum input voltage.There is a voltage output of 4.096V at the lowest point.Due to the part's maximum input voltage of 18V, users need to confine the voltage accordingly.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 4.3V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 2.7V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 4.296V~18V voltage input.A part that is idle uses 800μA.This machine runs on 1.25mA volts of supply current.This voltage reference circuit requires a voltage of at least 4.296V to function.
