REF5020AIDG4 Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.048V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.REF5020 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.048V.Since the part's max input voltage is 18V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 2.7V~18V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 1mA.It operates on a supply current of 1.2mA for its operation.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 2.048V regardless of external conditions.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 2.7V voltage at the very least.
