REF5030AIDR Overview
An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.1% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 3V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.In the voltage reference ic, there are 8 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "REF5030".A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 10mA.For high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.3V is its maximum output voltage.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 3V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 18V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.It must be supplied with a voltage of 2.7V at a minimum.An input voltage of 3.2V~18V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 1mA is used.There is 1.2mA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.It requires at least 3.2V voltage to get the voltage reference ic to run, according to the record.
