REF5025IDGKR Overview
This program utilizes the handy 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.There is an external packaging of Tape & Reel (TR).With 8, different functions are terminated.Precision voltage measurements require ±0.05% tolerance.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 2.5V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.Fixed forms are provided for user input.A part with 8 pins is included.Pins 8 are firmly seated in the part.Use of Surface Mount can increase the complexity of the PCB design.-40°C~125°C TA is suitable for work within this range.There are other relevant parts if you search for "REF5025".There is 10mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 10mA in this case.The maximum output voltage of the voltage reference ic amounts to 2.5V volts.The lowest voltage output of the voltage reference ic is 2.5V.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 18V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.An input voltage of 2.7V~18V is usually supported by the voltage reference circuit.It uses 800μA when idle.1.2mA volts is the supply current for this voltage reference circuit.It starts running at 2.7V voltage at least, according to the record.
