RC1587M Overview
There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in TO-263-4, D2Pak (3 Leads + Tab), TO-263AA for ease of transportation. In Tube package, ready for shipping. The general voltage output of this power supply regulator is 1.5V~3.6V. Surface Mount Universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Converter, Intel Pentium® II GTL+, Pro and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to 0°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 4.5V~7V. It is possible to find 3terminals on the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator's pinout begins with 4pins. The shunt regulator is referred to as a ADJUSTABLE POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT LDO REGULATOR.
