For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The supply voltage 0.3V~40V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are DC Motors, General Purpose.Charge Pump is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 14 terminations.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 5V.
