H bridge is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).H bridge is provided in the 18-PowerWFDFN package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including General Purpose.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit, Diode Emulation.It is a kind of electronic H-bridge belonging to the Intelli-Phase™ series.There is 20A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.The acceptable maximum value of operating temperature is 85°C so as to avoid excessive costs.The acceptable minimum value of operating temperature is -40°C so as to avoid excessive costs.
