It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.In addbridge driverion, 5V~26V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -40°C~125°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit as a specific characteristic.Onput current at which output reaches 5.5A.The operating supply voltage is maintained at 26V in order to ensure high efficiency.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is acceptable for minimizing costs.As a minimum operating temperature value, -40°C is acceptable to prevent excessive operating costs.
