MN13822SPP Overview

Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -20°C~70°C TA . The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is CMOS Inverted. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
