MN1381SEU Overview
This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Box (TB). Please refer to power management for TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by Through Hole. Mounting type Through Hole is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -20°C~70°C TA . The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
