MN13812SJ Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Bulk way. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Power management is included in the Through Hole mount. The mounting type of the supervisors is Through HoleThe temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -20°C~70°C TA. Power management has an output of CMOS Inverted during operation.
