ML4824CS1X Overview
Currently, it is available as a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method was used to package it.Depending on the device, the mounting type will either be Surface Mount or C.In order to operate it, it should be connected to the voltage supply of 10.5V~13.2V.Currently, the device is set to operate at 0°C~70°C o'clock.It is currently set to 700μA at startup.This component retains the pin number at 16 even though the pin number has been changed.I think the best thing about this device is that there is a number of ML4824 in it.There is a switching frequency of 76kHz which is the frequency of switching.A part of Mount Surface Mount makes up this mountain.There is no maximum supply temperature that it can work with, but it should not go below 19mA.You can operate it with the output 900mV as well.
