MIC9130BM-TR Overview
A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) to facilitate transportation. We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. An output voltage of 4.7V~5V is provided by this power supply regulator. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a number of applications targeted at Controller, Telecom. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions.
