MIC4427YMM Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4427.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 18V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.5A.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 1.5A at the output.There is a maximum value of 85°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, the supply voltage of 18V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 25mV.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 4.5 V to 18 V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.During operation, a voltage of 1.5 mA is applied to the power supply.The basis for the development of this project is based on 8 terminals.
