MIC4101YM Overview


A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 9V~16V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MIC4101.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 16V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of PMIC - Power Management ICs.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 118V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.This device supports a current output of 2A at the output.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1.04W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.For operation, the supply voltage of 16V is the maximum value.9V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 9 V to 16 V.Gate drivers of this type are included in the - series.During operation, a voltage of 2.5 mA is applied to the power supply.The basis for the development of this project is based on 8 terminals.
