MIC4102BM Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 9V~16V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Many related parts can be found under its base part number MIC4102.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 118V.In the -- series, this gate driver is included.
