MIC2196YM-TR Overview


Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sThe supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.9V~14V.
