MIC2003-1.2YML-TR Overview
The LED driver's packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR).The 6-VDFN Exposed Pad, 6-MLF® package contains it.Surface Mount is the mounting type of the LED driver.The switch type is General Purpose.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.There is a default setting of 1 for output.To operate, it needs a supply voltage of Not Required.The maximum output voltage is P-Channel volts.This object belongs to the MIC2003 family.For operation, 6 pins are used.The LED driver has 1 functions.Its maximum output voltage is 1.2AV.The maximum output current drops to 1.2A in order to meet the operation criteria.The lighting driver is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.There is 100MOhm resistance on the LED driver.This electrical component is included in the -- series.It is set to 2.1 A in this case.A self-contained LED driver with a capacity of Switch ICs is contained in an econtainer.The maximum supply voltage is set to 5.5 V.In order for the lighting driver to operate normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.5 V.It uses an analog IC, which is POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT.In order to maximize efficiency, the supply voltage should be set at 2.5 V to 5.5 V.It is recommended that the maximum operating temperature be 85°C°C to ensure stable operation.Ensure reliability by operating at a minimum temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius.For operation, it can supply a maximum current of 0.3 mA.This electrical component is classified as High Side Current Limit.
