MIC2012-1PCQS-TR Overview
The 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains it. It's packaged in the shape of a Tape & Reel (TR). To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to 0°C~70°C. It should be able to operate on a 4.5V~5.5VV power supply. It is a member of the MIC2012 family of numbers. Currently, there is 16μA supply. The -- series includes this electrical component.
