MC34716EP Overview
As a whole, it supports 2 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 26-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tray. There is a general voltage output of 0.7V~3.6V from this power supply regulator. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, DDR and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 3V~6V. The voltage regulator contains 26terminals.
