MC33HB2000FK Overview
In this package, Tray is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 32-PowerQFN package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 3.3V~5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -40°C~125°C TJ's operating temperature.DC Motors, General Purpose is pretty useful in a variety of applications.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Charge Pump, Slew Rate Controlled, Status Flag.Transmission lines are terminated with 32 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.There is a voltage supply of 12V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER.Onput current that reaches 16A at maximum.
