MAX8811EEE+ Overview
For greater flexibility, its 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~7V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number MAX8811.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 16 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 6.5V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 30A.The board has 16 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 30V.Having the maximum power dissipation of 666.7mW indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 1.5mA.Using its power supply of 6.5V, it provides solutions to diverse power supply problems.
