MAX8791BGTA+ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-WQFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.2V~5.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MAX8791.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 7A.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.This device supports a current output of 2.7A at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1.9W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.Due to its power supplies of 5V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you set the operating supply voltage to 5V.
