MAX6328UR26+T Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3V. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 500nA.
