MAX4640ESD+ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 14. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. If the voltage supply is 3V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. An electrical component like this is included in the 14 series. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 4 circuits in this multiplexer. Try searching with MAX4640 if you're looking for variants. There is 70Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches.
