MAX1997ETJ+ Overview
It supports 5 outputs in total. It is packaged in 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. Ready for shipping in Tube package. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 2.7V~13V. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, TFT LCD and other applications. The operating temperature should be set to 0°C~85°C to avoid mal-function. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 2.7V~5.5V. You can find 32 terminals of the voltage regulator.
