M81700FP Overview
In order to package H bridge, Bulk is used.H bridge is included in the 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package as a cost-saving measure.Based on the supply voltage of 5V~20V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -20°C~125°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including AC Loads, Bulbs, General Purpose.On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 16 terminations are employed.Signal interfaces include 16 pins that serve as pronged contacts.To operate H bridge circuit, a voltage supply of 15V is required.During a specified ambient temperature, the power supply can supply the maximum load current 2.5A.It is through the 16 pins that the bridge driver can perform its specific functions.
