LM5000-3MTCX Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 16 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 300kHz 700kHz. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1.35A Switch output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 40V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V. The LM5000 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 80V volts. There are 16 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. There should be at least a 3.1V volt output voltage for this switching regulator in order to make it work properly. Based on the maximal adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage of 80V Switch, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 80V. 40V is the supply voltage for this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite external influences, voltage regulator consumes 2.1mA A of quiescent current.
