LM5000-3MTC Overview


A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 16 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~125°C TJ is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 300kHz 700kHz. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.35A Switch output current. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As a member of the LM5000 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 75V volts. During switching regulator operation, 16 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 1.259V at the very least. A maximum output current of 2A A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 80V Switch allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 75V as its maximum output voltage. There are no external factors that affect DC DC switching regulator's consumption of 2.1mA A of quiescent current. In order to ensure reliable performance, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 3.1V V is required. There is a maximum input voltage of 40V that DC DC switching regulator can operate from. With a frequency of 700kHz, dc to dc voltage regulator has high accuracy.
