It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.In addbridge driverion, 3V~9V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -20°C~80°C TA is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature.This tool is useful for a number of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.
