L6731D Overview

This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of Adj down to 0.6V. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. This shunt regulator targets at Controller, DDR and other applications. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 1.8V~14V. You can find 16 terminals of the voltage regulator.
