L6201PS Overview
H bridge is packaged using Tube.H bridge is provided in the 20-SOIC (0.433, 11.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 12V~48V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including DC Motors, General Purpose.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit.There are 20 terminations used to end a transmission line with the H bridge that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.20 pins is used as pronged contacts as H bridge ic of a signal interface.Its base H bridge ic number of L6201 is the basis to find more related H bridge ics.H bridge circuit operates with the supply voltage of 36V.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 5A.There is 5A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.20 pins are work together to help this bridge driver play its specific functions.The operating supply voltage is kept at 36V to offer high efficiency.The voltage released by the Hbridge is 60V.
