KA75330ZTA Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. There is a Tape & Box (TB)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. When 5.25V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Through Hole. This power management has 3 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 300mV for this power management. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 15V volts. A Through Hole mounting type is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -25°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 500μA supply current present in the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using KA75330, the base power ics number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 500μA.
