ISL84684IRZ Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. There are 10 pins injected into the electronic part body. The analog switch ics are built using SPDT switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. Search with ISL84684 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. A voltage of 1.65V~3.6V is required to drain this analog switch from a single voltage supply.
