ISL5120IBZ Overview
Presented in SOIC, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Bulk. Totally, there are 8 terminations. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 3.3V voltage supply. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 30Ohm. For details about the functions of 8 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 12V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. 2.7V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. For this digital switch to work, 100pA current would suffice. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. As far as the outputs go, this switch multiplexer utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT of them. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches. It is capable of carrying out 2-bit operation.
