ISL2111ARTZ-T Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 8V~14V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 10 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL2111.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.The board contains 10 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 114V (Bootstrap).
