ISL21007CFB820Z-TK Overview
Uses the handy SOIC package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Series signal.The external packaging contains Digi-Reel®.There are different types of functions that end with 8.In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of 0.08% must be used.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 2.048V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.The part includes pins 8.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 260.Part 8 has its pins 8 settled.It can be used by applications with 7mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 7mA in this case.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 2.048V.The maximum input voltage for this part is 6.5V, which means that voltage input should be limited accordingly.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 3V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 2.7V must be provided.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.It outputs voltage 2.048V.At idle, the part uses 150μA.A supply current of 150μA volts powers this voltage reference circuit.There may be damage to parts because of currents greater than 150μA.It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) of this voltage reference circuit does not exceed 5.5V volts.
