ISL21080DIH309Z-TK Overview
A handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±0.7% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 0.9V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "ISL21080" for other relevant parts.Applications with 7mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.The supply voltage must be 3V.To supply it, a voltage of 2V is required.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 2V~5.5V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 0.9V.During operation, it uses a current of 1.5μA as its supply current.0.9063V is the highest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.From the FGA™ series, it's a gadget.
