ISL2100AAR3Z Overview
There is greater flexibility with the DFN EP package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Mosfet driver is based on 9 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 9 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 2A can be achieved at maximum power.The component has 9 pins.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Keeping the supply current at 2.2mA ensures greater stability.During operation, the supply voltage of 114V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 9V must be maintained.As a result, the current it emits is 2A.
