ISL2100AABZ Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 9 V ~ 14 V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number ISL2100A.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.A high-side voltage can be set up to 114V (Bootstrap).There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 2.2mA.For operation, the supply voltage of 14V is the maximum value.9V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 2A.Gate drivers of this type are included in the -- series.
