IRS2607DSTRPBF Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IRS2607DSPBF.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 350mA.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.This device supports a current output of 200mA at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 625mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.With a resistance of 200Ohm, it operates.
