IRS2003STRPBF Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Cut Tape (CT) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting, Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IRS2003SPBF.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 600mA.A high-side voltage can be set up to 200V (Bootstrap).This device supports a current output of 130mA at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 625mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 270μA.Due to its power supplies of 15V, it solves the power supply problem for a wide range of applications.
