IH5143CWE Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around 0°C~70°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The analog switch ics are built using SPDT switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. Suppliers offer the 16-SOIC package.
