HIP4082IBT Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its SOIC package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 4 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 8.5 V ~ 15 V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C ~ 150°C (TJ).The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 16 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number HIP4082.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.The interface IC is referred to as FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.There is a maximum output current of 1.25A that can be achieved.A board with 16 component pins is available.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 95V.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.There is a minimum operating temperature of -55°C.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 6.4mA.When the supply voltage is 15V, it is at its maximum operation.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 8.5V must be applied.Mosfet gate drivers outputs a current of 1.25A at the moment.The gate driver is part of the -- series.This function has an input of SCHMITT TRIGGER.
