HIP4080AIB Overview
For greater flexibility, its SOIC package is used.Bulk represents the package.Configuration is based on 4 drivers.Its configuration is based on a total of 20 terminations.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 20 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 2.5A.There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 15mA.The maximum voltage for operation is 15V.A supply voltage of 9.5V is the minimum value required to operate the device.2.5A is the current that it outputs.12.6V is its output voltage.
