FSA2859UCX Overview
The electrical component comes in 12-UFBGA, WLCSP packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. In the multiplexer and demultiplexer, 2:2 represents the number of circuits. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended.
