P-Channel 0.5mm PMIC IntelliMAX™ Series FPF1107 4 Pin 4-UFBGA, WLCSP
FPF1107 Overview
It is packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR).It is included with the 4-UFBGA, WLCSP package as well.A Surface Mount mounting is used for the LED driving board.The switch type of this switch is General Purpose.To ensure reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.The lighting driver has a total of 1 outputs that are available for use.With a supply voltage of Not Required, the LED driving board operates.A maximum output voltage of P-Channel volts can be obtained with this LED driver.There are Slew Rate Controlled features available on the LED driving board.As you can see, it comes from the FPF1107 family.A total of 4 terminations can be found in it.During operation, the 4 pins are used.To comply with the operation criteria, the maximum output current is reduced to 1.2A.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this LED driving board.In this case, there is 150mOhm resistance in the LED driving board.It is included in the IntelliMAX™ series.The maximum input voltage of the LED driver is 4V volts.There is a minimum input voltage of 1.2V volts for this LED driver.
