N-Channel PMIC IntelliMAX™ Series FPF1016 6 Pin 6-VDFN Exposed Pad
FPF1016 Overview
It's packaged in the way of a Tape & Reel (TR).It's included in the 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package.The mounting type of the LED driver is Surface Mount.It owns General Purpose switch type.The temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA to ensure reliable functioning.By default, it is set to output 1.It uses a supply voltage of Not Required to operate.It has a maximum output voltage of N-Channel volts.The lighting driver has Load Discharge, Slew Rate Controlled features.It belongs to the FPF1016 family.There are 6 terminations in it.6 pins are used for operation.To meet the operation criteria, the maximum output current drops to 1.5A.It is positioned in the direction of Surface Mount.The LED driver has 45mOhm resistance.The IntelliMAX™ series includes this electrical component.The output current is set to 1.5A in this case.The supply voltage should be set at 1.8V for best efficiency.Its maximum input voltage is 1.8V volts.It has a 800mV volt minimum input voltage.The maximum current required for its operation is 1μA.
